Anton’s high level of market expertise and experience are driven by first-hand knowledge in every element of real estate. Initially beginning his career in 2008, while studying at Washington State University, as a real estate research analyst at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research. He continued to work part-time, until graduating with a degree in Finance and Economics.

Following graduation, Anton became licensed in 2009, initially focusing on the investment side of real estate, helping investor buyers, research and purchase bank owned properties, as well as helping navigate the, then often difficult, short sale processes. In 2010, he went on to join a top producers team, based in Seattle, at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. Working closely, and learning from the best, went on to represent the teams’ and his own clients’ purchases and sales, including some of the region’s most remarkable properties for over a decade.

Following, in 2022, Anton founded Elev8 Realty Group, a creative and collaborative effort led by Anton to represent their clients’ needs in the purchase and selling of real property. Anton’s extensive market expertise with a foundation in understanding of finance and economics, building on principles of integrity and trust, and highly respected among colleagues and clients alike, set him apart from the rest.

Currently residing in Seattle, Anton enjoys spending time with family and friends, with a passion for international travel as well as all the amazing outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. You will find him staying active, hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and skiing. He enjoys exploring the area’s extensive collection of restaurants, and always on the lookout for a new favorite coffee shop too.

My path to real estate has been fueled by a love for design and strategy. I hold a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Marketing from Washington State University. I spent two years studying interior design, including eight months in Italy, where I further honed my eye for detail and aesthetics. Following, I spent 4 years at Amazon leading a team and helped launch a new service which taught me how to think strategically, prioritizing customer needs and driving results. This blend of real estate expertise, and a passion for design allows me to offer a fresh, holistic approach to buying and selling homes.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the barn spending time with horses, soaking up the outdoors, or exploring Seattle’s restaurant scene. I value a balanced life, which is why I’m committed to making your real estate experience not only successful but enjoyable and fun!
